Terms of Use

Bimblu offers picture-based learning activities for children with parent or caregiver involvement. These notes explain use and purchases. App Store use is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement and applicable store terms. These notes do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Family use

A parent or caregiver should manage learner profiles, permissions, sharing, and purchases. Only add photos or recordings you have permission to use. Learning activities support practice and exploration; they do not guarantee educational outcomes or replace professional assessment.

Free access and Bimblu Pro

Starter content is available without purchasing Pro. Optional Pro access opens the full learning library and additional family features described in the app. Available plans may include a monthly subscription, yearly subscription, and a one-time lifetime purchase. The App Store purchase sheet shows the applicable price, duration, taxes, and terms before confirmation.

Subscriptions

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account’s subscription settings. Payment and renewal are handled by Apple. Cancel before the renewal deadline shown by the store to avoid the next charge. Access normally continues through the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel billing.

One-time purchases and restoring access

A lifetime plan is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. It provides Pro access for the lifetime of the Bimblu service; it is not a promise that the service will operate forever. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple account used for purchase to restore eligible access. Internet access is needed for purchase verification.

Refunds and support

Apple manages refunds for App Store transactions through Report a Problem, subject to applicable policies and law. For app or access issues, contact Abid Jamil at abidjamil222@gmail.com.

Local data and availability

Learner data is stored locally. Removing app data can remove progress, photos, and recordings. Device voice availability and some features depend on your device, permissions, and connectivity. Keep your device and app updated. See our Privacy Policy for information handling.

Content and updates

Bimblu’s content and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights; third-party materials retain their respective rights. Features may evolve with updates. Any material changes to these notes will be published here with an updated date.
